Comments: These two are clearly multi's and have just entered a game which I set up. Both players have been in all of bikings games.

Does that mean they will be banned? Cos shrock just moved in the game after biking missed a turn. And guess what I was the only player attacked!!!

Busted accounts can continue their current games and finish them. In this case, shrock was a premium and was stripped of it, so is now a freemium account instead. So he can still start games but with limited privileges now as a freemium. biking is already inactivated so he just have to finish the games he is currently in, unless of course, he upgrades his membership.

That makes absolutely no sense. They have been found out to be cheating and yet can continue to do so. As i'm in a 3 way game with both I get to lose having proved they are the same person and a cheat.

I'm a bit dissappointed with this response to be honest. And feel that those caught cheating should have their account suspended immeadiately so that they can't move anymore. Allowing them to finish already started games penalizes people who follow the rules.

You shouldn't be - biking paid good money to be able to play a ton of games and now he can't. He has to re-buy that ability because he cheated and you caught him doing so. I'd say nice work.

Great. I paid good money as well and I don't expect to have to play out games against a cheat that has been found out. They are both still playing and both are attacking me in a 3 player game. In other words THEY CONTINUE TO CHEAT!!!!! So he learnt a good lesson then!!!! Get found out and........Oh you can continue to do it!!

Can the game be deleted by the mods? Or their accounts suspended until the games timeout. The minimum that should happen is that one account should be terminated immediately. In the case of multi-multi's all bar one should be terminated.

If not then this is a very poor show.

I play chess and cheats are banned as soon as they are found out. They also get re-banned if they rejoin.

If stronger action is not taken then these muppets will just rejoin and continue cheating.

As far as deleting games are concerned, only the Webmaster is able to do that. The reason that busted accounts are still permitted to continue with their current games is that they can still state their case and offer an explanation in defense of their side if they were wrongly busted. So we wouldn't want to bust someone, kick them out of all games, then find out later they weren't a multi. We have a lot of tools at our disposal to determine multi accounts, but nothing is 100% foolproof. That's why all multis are allowed to appeal if they were wronged, provide any evidence they can, and we'll overturn it if a mistake was made.

I can understand the fact that people have the right to appeal but in that case the games concerned should be suspended pending the appeal.

But as someone currently playing a game against a busted cheat it's a bit galling when you have to continue.

It's a bit like being mugged telling the police whats happening, they say yep they are nicked but oh actually they can continue mugging you for now as they have started!!!

So can I have clarification on the position regarding busted multi's.

I started a game a day or two ago and these two joined up. As its a 3 player game i am beat. I understand its hard to ban these players but i don't understand why i have to lose points for not cheating. I will of course put both names on my ignore list and leave neg feedback.

- Your game will be treated as a "normal" game. Guilty or not, win or lose, you either lose game or win it against your opponent/s.
- Busted freemium accounts will no longer be able to start a game but can continue their current games.
- Busted premium accounts are stripped off their premium privileges and downgrade their membership into a freemium account.
- Once or if the person concerned chooses to upgrade the account once again, this is still under the discretion of the person in charge and further review is in order
- I'm afraid that games like yours are not deleted. You just have to deal with it. In the near future, perhaps this will change. As of now, the consolation for this is that they were busted and they have to deal with the consequence because you were able to sense it and made good judgment in reporting them.

Well its obviously going to be a lose with 2 V 1 but it's not just me others are in the same position. At least I have the pleasure of putting a feedback stating they are multi's after the game.
