create/join tournament thread option

you should allow the tournament maker to have a message posted at the top of every page in their thread listing all the people who have joined their torney.

it's the same idea as putting a pole at the top of each page. it could be optional

some of these tourneys have over 100 people in them...it would get way too cluttered.
