New Recruits in Quadruples Games

I'm right in thinking that new recruits are banned from playing doubles and triples until they have completed their 5 games or so, so wouldn't it make sense for them to be banned from quadruple games too.

Could someone comment on this suggestion. I think its a valid one that could be quickly incorporated as its probably an error. Perhaps jennifermarie could chip in as she is the mod for suggestions and bug reports.

they are definitely banned from dubs and trips... id be surprised if they arent banned from quads until five games... if they are allowed, its a simple oversight

I just double checked - quad games are hidden from New Recruits on the join pages, but like dubs and trips they can sneak in via Game Finder.

wow thats weird, they should just allow NR to be a part of team games or not at all instead of a little...

It was designed this way to prevent new recruits just joining the top games on the join a game list and then deadbeating straight away, which used to be a really annoying common problem in CC. Any new recruit that takes the time to join triples or doubles via the game finder is less likely to deadbeat.
