inbal & klonkers[noted]

These are suspected Secret Alliance

Suspect users: Inbal & Klonkers

Game number: http://www.conquerclub.com/game.php?game=1514078

Comments: Inbal and klonkers have been had a 1 one 1 border on Alaska - Sakha for ages, no attacks there although It's clear that klonkers could easily break the total N.america bonuses with a small army, they have been "fighting" a little back and forth on greenland, but nothing ever happens...

While non-aggression is a good sign of a possible secret alliance, it isn't proof by itself. Perhaps the two of them think that they can't fight battles on every front (which is probably true) so one of them didn't show aggression, and the other returned the favor. That does not mean there was any secret communication. If you can show multiple games where this happens then we can show it is a repeating pattern and probably a secret alliance. Otherwise this is most likely an isolated incident.
