It is time for the next installment of the popular Point Grabbers series. As usual, the defending champion from last time will be invited to defend their title.
All players are free to join, but please note that non-premium players need to have a slot available within 72 hours of the tournament filling up. This particular series fills fast and moves quickly.

The tournament will feature 1 vs 1 games on a series of maps as the players make their way through a 16 player, single-elimination bracket. All games will be sequential with flat rate cards and chained fortifications (in order to diminish the ‘first turn advantage’ spoken of throughout the forums).

First Round: Indochina
Second Round: Discworld
Semi-Finals: Australia
Finals: Germany
In the end, you don’t have much to lose by joining this tournament. At worst you lose 25-40 points (if you have an extremely high rank), and at best you break even if you win 1 or 2 games. Some players have been known to walk away from this tournament with a 100 point net gain. It’s definitely worth the risk, I promise.
