No, they're not powerless. They could charge $25 for everyone. After all, its not like they get paid by advertising, so they wouldn't lose money for doing this. They simply chose to try to make this game as fun for all as they can, despite people constantly testing their abilities to break the rules.

Go check my active and waiting for players games, or even do a search for archeived public 1v1s i have been in, this is probably a once a fortnight occasion when i see a game up.

If you map rank me on 1v1 games (casual) its:
Private 1st Class62 +38 Won 57 from 95(60%)
that's pretty average isnt it?

and if you map rank me on everyhting but 1v1 (on casual), you'll see that most of my points dont come from 1v1.

While people complain all on this site about it being a point issue they will always have that conversation to cry about.Everybody protects their points in different manners.Some noob farm some play only private games (for the better game I'm sure they say).Anyhow I'd personally like to see some kind of refund credited to his account as he paid for a great number of those said created accounts to be able to play/use a service for a full year yet he wasnt able to do so.All said I guess this is ultimately Lacks site and he can do whatever he likes or thinks is best for HIS site.

He has made multiple accounts with the sole purpose of taking points from someone he didn't like, by joining all the open spots in their games and then killing them. He's paying to be able to do that to players. He should be banned forever.

He gets no pity from me. I've always put him immediately on my ignore list the moment someone finds out what his new name is.

He knows what he was doing was wrong. He even said so multiple times. For some reason money is not an issue to him as I've seen him say something similar to "oh well, I'll just buy another account and be back in an hour" after being banned before.

I haven't played him since he first made the *manimal account. And he only ever joined in on 6 player sequential escalating games with me. In each and every one of those games, he would berate lesser ranks for doing things like taking australia, and would then proceed to hang someone for reasons such as "I thought India only had a 1 on it", when in fact there were 20 armies there, or going for a kill that he had no chance at, because "I didn't see south africa". Sure he was fast, but he lacked skill in a big way.

I'm not a freestyle player, but I have seen numerous, high-ranking, freestyle players compare his play style to a drunk driver.
