Secret alliance between Norwegian and kimkarl?-True [closed]

Story: These two guys dont attack each other at all. Even when they have un fortifivad borderes. and after i said i will report it as a "secret alliance" the made a minor attack.
What else is suspicious - they both have joined recently (and also about the same time).
Is it possibile to check IP and to see if it is same?

And i was right, sadly:(
Norwegian: well, I started playing for four days ago, and I told a friend about the game... Then he wanted to try... So I told him how to play, and we wanted to fight each other... Sadly it is not possible to play with only two players... I regret and Im sorry...

So what should i do next?

I believe it too, they are new recruits and in the game chat she said she realized it and was sorry... Its no biggie.. you're a new recruit also so its only like 20 pts.
