Can somebody please explain how extra bonuses are just awarded to random territories on a given map and for what reason.

it depends on the map, if you have extra bonus's for random territories it is marked in the legend usually by some symbol (such as a Star for capitals)gj_bennett wrote:Can somebody please explain how extra bonuses are just awarded to random territories on a given map and for what reason.
