I have the craziest idea.
It really would be a great map - everyone would be into the theme and the gameplay - which would have lots of features and be unique (the gameplay would fit the theme too). Everyone has heard of, and probably knows a little of the folklore of the theme and it hasn't got a copyright. But nobody has used it yet.
To do justice the idea, great graphics, with a few illustrations / icons (cartoon-style maybe) would be needed.
This would take cartography skills which it would take me too long to learn.
Why am I not explaining my idea?
Because it is too good to let anyone just nick.
So, get in touch cartographers and if I trust you I'll share the project with you.
Seriously, you'll spot its massive potential. It would be a map everyone would put top of their list to try and many would want to become strategy experts, it could rival Feudal War and the AoRs for gameplay popularity.
