Fall of the Western Roman Empire

I suggest a map set in Western Europe in the 5th century AD. Where you would have to fend off barbarian invasions at the same time as you are fighting your opponents. I don't know if it is possible to do, but I was thinking something like; territories bordering on neutral terits at the end of the round will turn neutral.
