No. What you have to keep in mind is that we (meaning the normal users) don't have any idea what's actually happened previously with any given user. So while two users may make exactly the same behavior, if one of those two has done it a bunch of times and the other one has never done anything, then they're going to get different punishments and they SHOULD.

So while two users may make exactly the same behavior, if one of those two has done it a bunch of times and the other one has never done anything, then they're going to get different punishments and they SHOULD.

Succinctly put. Either scenario does not bode well for the present incumbents in the mod squad for it either means they are not very good at what they do, verging on piss poor in their performance, or it means they are incapable of managing a situation without letting it get away from them and then using the rule book and their authority. Either way they are failing miserably.
