as i stated in his last C&A reports, something serious needs to be done about Neptune1. 24 hours was a joke for violating an admins warning (ronc and myself received 3 day bans for the same offense)... how many times does he have to end up in C&A before something substantial is done? neptune1 and codeblue do far more to harm the site than people posting within the forums ever do. they drive potential members away, create a poor gaming experience for other members and non-members, and they are slapped on the wrist. neptune1 is showing that his behaviour is chronic and that it needs to be dealt with...-0
p.s.-this singular offense is not HUGE, but when combined with his overall activities, the pattern is clear and his offenses continue to snowball...

YES IT WAS SENSELESS. Thats why I have him foed. (and I had never played him) If he continues targeting that same players games and leaves love notes like that then it would surely be trolling. He does have a history of language. Maybe it will get him a warning. Just doesn't seem to be lynch worthy.
He has done a lot worse in the past with little or no punishment, this is incredibly mild for the nasty neptune. Waste of a thread, this is another protected player he/she would have to post very graphic and explicit pictures frequently and that might not even get the mods attention. Sorry just been a cynic once again... This is CC the innocent never suffer, and the guilty are ALWAYS punished.... <wakes up, and goes looking for the nasty person that put acid in his drink>
