one things they do not take into account is elevation and the Garmin does. It takes more calories to run uphill and down hill (not just falling, distance running requires pace and not just flailing down the hill) than it does to run on flat surface. This is a big draw back to the Nike+ system.

My wife got this... it's not the most accurate tracking system out there.

I think Garmin has some GPS based watches that do a better job. The way that Nike does it leads to errors.

The good think about the Nike system is the ability to upload it... and the online community that ...
