If you get a white screen, click the little world icon on the bottom to connect.

Everyone gets dumped into Callouts now. To access Social, type /join Social (case-sensitive), hit Enter, retype /join Social.

If you're having any problems with chat at all, like can't get into a room, or it puts you in a blank room or only callouts at first, then clear your cache as well (and close/reopen the browser window).

There's a current known issue with closing windows (you leave the room, but the tab won't close). Lack is working on this.

But chat has nothing to do with maps or plugins and this is a temporary issue related to some work done on it yesterday.

there is still difficulty with this even with a cleared cache it can take a considerably legth of time for your view to go from white to live even though you are already in chat

i have cleared my cache 3 times logged in and out yet my chat is like radio - sound but no picture

Concise description:
I cant access live chat

Specifics:
i click on the live chat link on the left and it goes to the page and shows that box that says "Chat loading ... Please wait" but doesnt do anything after that

i am using firefox with the latest BOB and clickable maps

clear your private data and restart firefox

I'm still having issues unfortunately. When I cleared my private data all it did was remove a load of links to websites, which I can't now remember their addresses and still can't get in live chat (just get a blank screen).

Thanks wicked, pressing the world icon sorted out the problem.
