Russia and China said they were all for the sanctions as they should be, if there is to be a major war in the area it would hurt their economies. Ok so instead of killing the population, which I too do not want to do, we just send a mixture of SEALS and Green Berety, or just hire some Blackwater dudes to bust into his house and take care of the problem.

In all, estimates of North Korea’s separated plutonium range between 30 and 50 kg, with an approximate 5 to 6 kg of this figure having been used for the October 2006 test. Although former Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Director Lowell Jacoby told the Senate Armed Services Committee in April 2005 that North Korea had the capability to arm a missile with a nuclear device, Pentagon officials later backtracked from that assessment. A DNI report to Congress says that “North Korea has short and medium range missiles that could be fitted with nuclear weapons, but we do not know whether it has in fact done so.” North Korea has several hundred short-range Scud-class and medium range No Dong-class ballistic missiles, and is developing an intermediate range ballistic missile. The Taepo-Dong-2 that was tested unsuccessfully in July 2006 would be able to reach the continental United States if it becomes operational. The fact that they don't like each other has nothing to do with it. North Korea has no food and very little oil. Up until this most recent election of Lee Myung Bak in South Korea, there has a been a great deal of aid given to the country. The fact that this aid has stopped has put the North in a desperate position and they are not happy about it. The threaten to attack the South happens about once every six months, and it is all part of their agenda. So you've been to the DMZ once. Try living a 40 minute drive.
