If you buy shit food, then yeah, the conditions are bad for the animals.SnowGeneral wrote:To Spuzzell: So what? Have you seen what the breeders do to the animals? They are not treated humanly and spend their life in a tight space in realy bad environments. I don't support that and thats why im a vegetarian.
Ok, either you're being tricked or you're fricken stupid. There is no way it's healthier if you put so little thought into it.s.xkitten wrote:eh, i'm a veggie...not cause of the animals, just cause its healthier (in my opinion)

umm, yes, actually i have spoken to a doctor, and a dietician...both of them recommended it for my lifestyle...so no, i'm not to stupid for my own good...and no, it won't harm my children, or me...and where would be your proof that it will harm them?Spuzzell wrote:How can you make vital nutritional decisions.. solely based on YOUR opinion? Vegetarianism will harm you, your future children and their future children. But hey, you have your opinion, so thats OK.
My parents are also small-scale farmers who humanely raise, care for, and kill their animals. However, only a very, very small proportion of the animal products eaten in the U.S., Europe, Canada, etc, come from farms like theirs and yours. Most animals used for food come from factory farms where they're treated cruelly and subjected to a dark, dirty existence.red bull wrote:ummm hello i am a farmer and have never done any of that when you buy my meat and VEGIES they are the best feed and cared for and that goes along with every other farmer i know ..... and also if you think drinking milk from a cow is wrong because it hurts them when they get milked your wrong actuly when we milk them they love it becuase if we did not milk them they would fill up and have know way of relieveing the milk pressure and thuse causing alot of pain to the cowSnowGeneral wrote:To Spuzzell: So what?
