TTBOMK: Someone not participating in a "heated" debate who then decides to throw in something off topic in the middle would be trolling. Someone throwing in something off topic while participating in the debate as a light hearted jest would usually signal that they don't currently want to continue the debate asis because otherwise they'd rebut.

There's me one or two pages pointing out the flaw in barack's argument. Natty repeats the basic gist of my argument on this page or the last. Barack overlooked it because he's barack.

We already went through this debate with PLAYER. It's stale, so the thread could use freshening up with some mere jests, a few japes, and what have you. So, there's no need to ring the Troll Alarm.


Back to my question: you can't differentiate between the two unless you understand the person behind the avatar. Labeling someone as a troll without really knowing who that person is or what they wrote earlier seems foolish to me. Unless it's wise to presume what you don't know, then I'll concede that you weren't being foolish.

I've posted multiple resourses for you to varify that fact for yourself. Also, if you'd like more evidence, I can provide more. But, why should I bother posting any knowledgable information for you if can't even understand simple concepts?

When God created life he created the certitude of death. The Pope's death is not a targeted act of God and therefore carries no message that is Pope-specific.

God did not create the certitude of death when he created life. Death only entered the world when sin entered the world.

He (supposedly) created Adam and Eve, which forces me to believe that he made them able to sin. I guess the only sin in the beginning of the world was to eat Apples off that damn tree, and of course they were going to eat them because they were able to sin because God made them so.

Thus, he brought death into the world.

The eating of the apple wasn't the sin that was committed. The actual sin was disobeying what God had commanded. They were able to sin because they had the free will to choose what they wanted to do. They did not have to sin, and if they had not, death would not have entered the world.

You have to remember that Adam and Eve lived to be almost a thousand years old. They were also like 14 and 12 foot tall. They were as close to perfection as you and I can imagine. Talk about the master race!?

At any rate Adam and Eve are not responsible for the entire world that we see today; Just the pre flooded world up to Noah and his wife and his 3 sons and their 3 wives. They were the ones from whence this post flood world came from.

As to diversity? While Evolution is impossible, Mutations are not. God did provide for the human DNA to adapt to adverse conditions by mutating for optimal survivability. That is why you see Whites, Blacks, Yellows and any other colors. We have all adopted to our parts of the world.

Here's a nice little slideshow covering the Domestication as a Model of Speciation experiment that's been running for 50 years. The scientists captured some foxes over 50 years ago, selected by Generation Zero's tameness. The experimenters did no training, just kept the foxes in cages and fed them. The 10th generation had only 18% that were class I, or almost completely tame. Currently 80% of the fox population is class I, and have distinct phenotype differences from their originals; curled tails and ears, different coloring (all of these btw would reduce their chances of surviving in their natural habitat), etc etc. This is the domestication of the wolf in scale, in as little as 50 years.

I can't believe that I am still reading this thread. We have digressed from what happens to the pope when he dies? is it a promotion or what ever? to is evolution a fact or a theory. I would have thought that a new thread would have been started by now.

By the way if something is not provable and observable, it is still a theory. Therefore, Evolution will always be a theory. There are no facts to present in that Evolution is no longer a theory. Mutations are facts because they are observable and thus provable, but mutations do not preclude or conclude that evolution is also a fact.

Both are two seperate items like apples and oranges. You can not say that because you can squeeze an orange and get OJ that you can do the same to an apple and get AJ??? Evolution and Mutations are two different animals and neither one supports the other. I hope that we can get back to the business about the pope soon. I want to know what happens to him when he dies.
