Even then, most of those pics will belong to someone. They cannot be copyrighted. They remain the property of the police and can be reproduced on will. This is why you see them in so many newspapers of the time period as good photos where very hard to come by.thenobodies80 wrote:For what I know mug shots are not copyrighted...
