re: inactives
Inactivity is not alignment indicative. It's a blind lynch. We learn nothing.
Anyone please define "soft-claiming"

Soft-claiming means hinting at your role without explicitly stating it.

Im no doc but im second close to it. The dirty harry that keeps everybody safe at night except scum
Like, night investigate a person, night protect one person- these make sense. Night Good Dirty Harry? How/what? I'm trying and failing to fill in the blanks.

If hold on to the narrative of Line of Duty it might be an undercover - walking down the streets during nights, doing som dirty jobs but secretly chosen one Townie to be safe ? That would be interesting, joining the night discussion Mafia and still saving one Townie - if so Townie aligned. then the PR isn't to strong but the thrill is that Mafia can't rely on each other ?annieh wrote: Sun Mar 01, 2026 9:54 am Ok, fucked that up
"Seems to me..." onwards are my words not part of a quote
And I'm the dirty Harry was sonic not hjelp

See, you have time to be helpful with this, but you have no time for the content that I'm writing.SoN!c wrote: Sun Mar 01, 2026 6:29 amSoft-claiming means hinting at your role without explicitly stating it.
When your soft claiming you’re trying to give enough information that town players can pick up on it and maybe trust you, but scum can’t be 100% sure what you are either.
It can also bait scum into mistakes / scum might react nervously to this (hinting at more info).

The reply my - apparently waaaay too long post of 35 lines (which is somewhat hypocritical of super-spammer-Son!c) - post got was a "talk to the hand". Nothing I said was addressed. I can't believe no one else is seeing this.

You know this is my play because in your own words "We've talked about this a MILLION times and you're still doing it" but in this play you make a big deal out of it to frame me..Ragian wrote: Sun Mar 01, 2026 1:49 am
Yes, and you should've not soft-claimed. We've talked about this a MILLION times and you're still doing it despite it being poor town play.

If your playing style is to play poorly, you should probably change it rather than get annoyed that people (in this case I) call you out on poor play. Why did you softclaim? Why don't you just claim fully, then?SoN!c wrote: Mon Mar 02, 2026 2:47 amYou know this is my play because in your own words "We've talked about this a MILLION times and you're still doing it" but in this play you make a big deal out of it to frame me..Ragian wrote: Sun Mar 01, 2026 1:49 am

Is it because we have a lot of new players and you smell your chance?
It does not make any sense for a town Rag to do so because again, you know this is my play so why framing me as scum for it?
