Yes evil....there are many good recipes out there on the web....a good seafood bisque would be a good brew....use a bunch of celery as three or four terts....some mussuls as another 4 or 5, a lobster as 4 or 5 etc. etc.Evil DIMwit wrote:Particularly with my limited culinary expertise.
