It seems like all he can do now though is to roleclaim. Day one town don't know who to suspect, but the mafia face a similar thing, they just know who not to kill. With Nes saying he may have a power role he's going to be their likely target, whether that's true or not, and refusing to roleclaim when so close to lynch is usually the action of someone who can't think of what to claim.

Personally though, I'd rather lynch Fircoal :P (Congrats, you're top on my list!)

Why are you so sure that there is a doc? Apart from the fact that almost every other mafia has a doc.. That's not the point.

okay people we only have one day so we better start agreeing. here is my list of suspects in order

1. Fircoal-cause
2.NES-editing and sveral scummy word choices
3-skittles!-trying to get NES from evoiding a role claim at -1 lynch. That can either mean that they are both scum, and skittles was trying to both, prevent him from giving himself away and distract attention from him. Or that Skittles is scum and NES isnt and skittles wanted to make sure that nes didnt give a role claim thus proving himself innocent.

Why would I want to him to roleclaim? Pushing someone to roleclaim is considered scummy. If he did have a power role, and the doc didn't believe, then he would be killed via the mafia through the pushing of a roleclaim.

How would NES not role-claiming prove I'm innocent? It doesn't prove anything except the mafia has a clear target of a possibly power pro-town role. If the Doc did protect NES with his "big pro town role", then the mafia can wipe out others, thus it would be better if the mafia be kept in the dark of his role.

To sum it up; do you want the doc to be tied up with NES and not protect anyone else?

Are you asking me-do you want the doc to have a good idea as to who to protect rather than randomly guessing and possably protecting a mafia-then the answer is yes.

But in time, what if we find out that someone else has a bigger pro-town power role and we've just been wasting a doc?

Ah, I'm floundering. Slowly... pushing... for... a... role...claim.

Okay. Well, unvote

I'm too tempted now to get this roleclaim, and see where we can go with that.

Anyway, NES, it looks as though you are the Day 1 sacrifice.

Everyone, we do need a kill, or we will have learned precisely nothing from the day.

Hold the PRESSES. Sure a kill may not happen, but that leaves the townies alive and well. That would allow the doctor(s) to defend any students under attack by the nerds. I wish to be spared for once! (I am tired of being the day one killed [first game left me that way])

No it doesn't, not when the mafia kill off someone, and we won't have learned anything

How will the doctors know which students are under attack? they could just as easily protect the mafia. As for you, you confuse everyone with vuagely hinting at power roles which leaves you suspicious to both mafia and town. I'm not trying to get you to roleclaim here but if you are town i will be very suprised if the mafia let you survive the night. Honistly though, you've given me very little reason to believe you are town.

life-saver, you live up to your name. :)
I sure hope I do survive, for if I were to die, It would put mafia in the lead. (Don't matter how huge a lead, for a lead for mafia is a bad news thing)
